Refund Policy
We make skincare that’s gentle, effective, and obsessively tested. Because skincare is a hygiene product, open/used items generally can’t be resold. Here’s how we handle returns fairly for everyone:Return window
• Unopened/unused items in original packaging: return within 14 days of delivery.• Opened or used products: not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Damaged/defective/wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos—we’ll make it right.
• Allergic reaction: stop use and email us within 7 days of delivery (photos + lot number). We may offer a replacement or store credit case-by-case.
Items that are non-returnable
Final-sale items, samples, trial sachets, gift cards, and any bundle where a component has been opened.
How to start a return
1. Email care@Eatbalancd.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).2. If approved, we’ll share the return address and RMA. Please use a trackable service and include original packaging.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post funds.
Exchanges
For a different product, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order. If your item was defective/damaged, we will replace it.Amazon orders

CANCELLATIONS
